Q: What do I receive after purchase?

Q: Is anything shipped to me?
A: No. This is a digital product. No physical item is shipped and no delivery fee applies.

Q: How do I receive my files?
A: After payment is completed, Shopify will send you access to download the digital files. Please use the same email address you used at checkout.

Q: How does the app access work?
A: Your purchase includes 3 months free access to the Mevonne Expense Capture App. We will provide access instructions after purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund after downloading the files?
A: Because this is a digital product, refunds are not normally provided once the files or app access have been delivered, unless required by law or where there is a technical problem we cannot resolve.
